This authentic, off-the-beaten-path Malaga wine tour experience will take you to an exclusive and special place—a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. You’ll visit a family-owned winery where the winemaker will share his passion, offering six exclusive organic wines paired with specially designed tapas to create the perfect contrast with each wine (get ready to be amazed by these wines!). Along the way, you’ll learn about the history of the land, the wine, organic cultivation, and the winemaking process, all while tasting a variety of wine styles, including red, rosé, white, orange, vermouth, and sparkling.
The Malaga wine tour is intimate, with no more than eight people per group, and focuses on enjoying the experience like a group of friends sharing a great day out while discovering a local gem. Comfort and flexibility are guaranteed, with accommodations for any personal needs.

The meeting point will be at 10:00h or 16:00h in Plaza de la Marina 11, in Malaga city, right in front of the main door of the tourist information kiosk.
After the meeting point, we’ll travel by van while listening to a fascinating story about Málaga, from its origins to the present day, all told in a super engaging way. The drive to the vineyard will take about 30 minutes. Once we arrive, we’ll enjoy a beautiful guided tour where we’ll learn about organic farming, different grape varieties, and the unique characteristics of the wines we’ll taste—all while savoring a delicious glass of wine. After the guided vineyard tour, we’ll hop back into the van and head to the winery, located just 12 minutes away. Upon arrival, we’ll take a brief guided tour of the facilities before starting the wine tasting in the stunning room where the wine ages in oak barrels.
We’ll sit down, and the winemaker will personally open, describe, and serve each wine along with the tapa specially prepared to pair with it. He’ll do this in Spanish, as he doesn’t speak a word of English, but we’ll translate everything for you—the tasting as well as any questions you may have. He’s always happy to answer questions and talk about wine. We’ll taste at least six organic wines of exceptional quality. And that’s not just talk—everyone who visits is blown away. The tasting will be super relaxed, with no rush to finish at any point. There will also be surprises during the tasting

We usually operate with groups of no more than eight people plus a guide per tour—this is the case for 99.9% of our tours. However, on special occasions, such as when an exclusive wine can be tasted for a few days while it’s being bottled, or during any other extraordinary event that’s truly worthwhile, we may open availability for a second van with a second guide. On these rare days (which never exceed five days a year), groups will have a maximum of 15 people divided between two vans, following the route in parallel but meeting at the winery for the joint tasting and pairing session. For example, 40% of our tours in 2024 were conducted with groups of fewer than five people.
Although you won’t be reimbursed for any portion of the trip unused, you can opt to sign off the trip if you need to leave a day or so earlier. If you let us know before travel that you’ll be arriving late or need to leave before the trips ends, we will notify our team on the ground to best accommodate your requirements.
Yes, if you wish to take the tour in another language (Spanish, Italian, Swedish, or French), it is possible by booking a private tour.
