Organic wines, olive oils and local food at Antonio Mérida’s country house

Antonio Mérida’s organic viticulture project is based on modern minimal intervention, with no pesticides or other chemicals used in the vineyard, and no added sulphites in the winery. Its small-production wines are not sold in shops or online and are served through a specialist distributor in selected top restaurants on the Costa del Sol.

We’ll guide you through a tasting of Antonio’s finest small-production organic wines and his family-produced organic olive oils at his country house, surrounded by vines more than 400 metres above sea level. On clear days, Africa appears almost magically across the Mediterranean. It feels like a little piece of paradise, yet it is only around 20 minutes from Málaga and 15 minutes from other towns on the Costa del Sol. The relaxed format suits couples and small groups looking for a distinctive experience near Mijas without committing to a full-day tour. Come and enjoy it with us.
