Every wine coming from a different part of Spain

In Spain we divide the wine production by regions, every region having different laws for making wine, every region guarantying the wine quality with different terms, all of them different, but all of them great.

We will taste wines from the north, next to France, from the west, near Portugal, from the south, the east… and it will be with a big aperitive, pairing the wines with the best of the Iberian cured meat and the best quality manchego cheese.

The spot where the wine tasting happens cannot be better, it´s a real flamenco´s shows room, that will be used in private by us, with all the authentic decoration.

Just Spanish wines

The tasting will be great, but also you will be helped to find the different tastes and aromas coming from the different Spanish grapes and the different processes of fermentation / aging.
For example, we will try a wine that had a second fermentation inside de bottle producing co2, hence bubbles, also providing bakery taste / smell as brioche bread, croissant, biscuit.

We will find tastes as pear in other wine, also liquorish in other, figs, cherries,
raspberry…
